Pros

Multiple company Town Halls and effective between global and US; most definitely an unparalleled oncology product portfolio in the industry.

Cons

Bullying and gay discrimination allowed to thrive in OTD Training Department- not recommended as a place to work for the LGBTQ+ community.; also, poor upward advancement opportunities in AZ Oncology; very limited flexible work options post-COVID, and you are required to live in the Gaithersburg area full time, unlike many other pharma companies in the industry with 50% office 50% remote options and benefits.

Pros

The page is friendly to make an application.

Cons

As an experienced healthcare analytics and commercial leader, I applied to 104 U.S.-based positions at AstraZeneca between 2025 and 2026 that closely matched my background. Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
