Pros
Encouraged to learn a lot of different skills, friendly coworkers, supportive work environment. My manager has been phenomenal but that's just one of many, I don't hear many complaints from coworkers under different managers though. Good parental leave policy (I think 2 months as of 2021) and flexible working hours with some work from home possible if necessary.
Cons
Was understaffed for a bit but they brought in contractors to help with the workload
