Would never work for this company again - Server/Waiter Aspen One Employee Review

Management doesn't listen to suggestions. Had a terrible manager and all the staff tried to express this to upper management, but they turned a deaf ear. There are plenty of other restaurants and hotels that pay so much more money. Overstaffed and on a tip pool so pay covered rent and misc. expenses but not able to save much.
