      Free ski pass but every company offers that

      measley pay , poor management,super woke hires unqaulified temps from south america that have never even unbuckled a ski boot in there life or not even knowing how to ski and pays them better than you even if you worked the whole season with 3+ years of experience in the ski industry and they pay us less lol so much for equal employment .
