Pros
I loved being a part of the Aspen Skiing Company. They are incredibly community-focused and work with you to succeed. The Treehouse team is a well-oiled machine and everyone was so nice. Just happy to be there you know, even over that chaos of the Christmas rush. They want what's best for you as the Pro and what's best for their clients. Couldn't recommend more, this is the place. The training clinics took my skiing from meh to being complimented by strangers. Incredible!
Cons
The treehouse could get very chaotic over the holidays and there are times when you feel plain burned out from working back to back. The trade-off of powder days with friends and being in one of the most beautiful places on earth made it worth it. Not to mention the training clinics! Probably my favorite long-term takeaway from the job, not to mention how to manage and connect with kids!
