      Pros

      Working at Aspen Skiing Company is great to have fun coworkers and a full season ski pass. Unfortunately, that seems to be where the benefits end.

      Cons

      Low pay, treated as a cog in the machine. They really know how to make you feel replaceable and it shows. Most people with ASC get a much better job elsewhere within 1-2 season because it truly forces you to live in poverty. Also rampant drug use among employees (was a con for me).

      The role is a great experience, with plenty of flexibility and opportunity for personal growth.

      Cons

      Hours can be difficult to come by depending on how busy the season is or how many clients you can bring with you.
