      Free ski pass to all 4 mountains, decently priced employee housing, fun work environment

      Cons

      Be prepared to work 6 day work weeks, most days 9.5+ hours, snobby/rude/entitled guests and visitors, poor management, not a consistent schedule. The perks above were pretty much the only positives.

      Cons

      Hours can be difficult to come by depending on how busy the season is or how many clients you can bring with you.
