We're sorry to hear that your experience at Arrow was an unpleasant one - since you wrote this review, we have relocated your division to a new building (which we're pleased to announce addresses some of your concerns about the environment.) Additionally, we are in the process of building a new building, slated to be ready September 2017, which we are quite excited about. With regards to compensation and benefits, we are currently reviewing our plans in order to ensure we are remaining aligned with the market - this initiative will align us globally and allow us to take into consideration geographic location, scope of work, and the skills of the individuals on our workforce. Sorry to hear that you felt you were micromanaged here - it is certainly understandable why this situation would be a highly unpleasant one! We do wish you would have felt empowered to escalate to the appropriate parties who could assist you in getting your concerns resolved.
