Pros
The best reasons are 10 years old and have consistently declined and make it difficult to find many Pros. The remaining long term employees are still very professional and manage to do their jobs despite the long list of negatives.
Cons
During last 5 years there have been either No annual pay increases and the couple of years with increases were 1.5 to 2 % budgets. CEO and staff have no idea what they are doing and have constantly reorganized virtually annually for last 10 years. Senior Employees are Systematically replaced with entrée level low cost workers to save money. Employees are constantly berated, bonus restricted and no merit increase because of supposed missed Revenue/Earnings and then hear how the Company beat projections. Director and above are kool aid drinkers and never challenge senior management. Strategy is virtually nonexistent and seems to change on a whim. One Director when asked what the team would be doing after a long term system conversion said We'll just have to see what we see.
