One of our core values is 'Be Your Brilliant Self' and we are sorry to read it doesn’t seem you felt empowered to be ‘you’ whilst working here at Arm. We take mental wellness very seriously. Last week to coincide with World Mental Health Day, we issued free membership to all of our people globally, access to the UNMIND app. This is a proactive and preventative approach to mental health using clinically backed tools, training and assessments on an app. This is one of the many examples of how committed we are to the wellbeing of our people at Arm.
