I've been at Arm less than a year (this is the third place I have worked) and Arm is by far the best place of them all. While Arm may not have a product, we have the best people. Everyone is happy, loves their role and is taken care of by the company. They value our happiness and well being. We get some of the best benefits out there (our insurance people tell us "wow, Arm really does take care of you") and this is what differentiates Arm. I have a lot of friends in tech who get burnt out after a year on the job. At the age of 23/24, this is just insane that your job takes over your life. At Arm, the company wants this to be a great place to work, have a great job that doesn't consume you and (most importantly) a life outside of work. Within the US roles, you are able to benefits from some of those amazing UK perks and advantages.
