Pros
Lots og flexibility and trust. Good culture of help and support, and a lot of freedom to work where and when you want, as long as the work gets done
Cons
Kind of a sterile atmosphere, where you’re tip-toeing verbally to not offend anyone. It’s manageable though. Pay is decent, but very hard to get anything other than you monthly salary, and very hard to get salary increases beyond the inflation rate (2-3%).
