Good for some, not for me - Team Assistant Arla Foods Employee Review

I ddn't have a great experience as an international person; for example, many team meetings were held in Danish and most of the time my coworkers didn't include me in conversations at lunchtime or coffee breaks. In general, it seemed that people lacked passion for their job/the company. It was hard to get motivated when people were only willing to do the very minimum of their job. A lot of the young, international people were taking on the additional tasks because no one else would offer.
