Unfortunately, they have not learned that you can not profit from having the largest safety group in a corporation I have ever seen or heard of.
There are too many followers that lack originality at the corporate level. The "puppets" are promoted while the talent at the plant level leaves for better positions. This has been a trend for many years.
The review process is some absurd targeted selection process developed for managers that have no idea of what type of questions to ask a potential employee during an interview.
There does not exist any sense of knowledge, by managers, as to how to promote their own people. There exists a culture that is, essentially, brainwashed in and removes all originality from the culture.
