      Cons

      Work-life balance can at times be off, however there are groups that will help each other out to ensure no one is burned out.

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue

      Site Culture Global specialty materials strategy has proven to be quite good

      Resource constraints. But this is quite common in chemicals/specialty materials these days from what I hear.
