      Autonomy, open to new ideas, relatively high risk tolerance for projects

      Cons

      Corporate administrators without plant experience making knee jerk decisions, lots of pats on the back but no tangible recognition for good work.

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue
