      Pros

      Unparalleled knowledge of chemistry in all its forms, chemical engineering, materials science and chemical processing development. It is not uncommon for even small group to have over 100 years experience in there knowledge base. Great company culture, always looking to take new hires under the wing of a mentor and make them feel at home right way.

      Cons

      French ownership which makes all directors and above expats, creating language cultural and expectation gaps. Managements commitment to be "middle of the pack" in terms of resources but still demand a class leading output. Get ready for meetings.

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue

      Site Culture Global specialty materials strategy has proven to be quite good

      Cons

      Resource constraints. But this is quite common in chemicals/specialty materials these days from what I hear.
