Career growth is very limited due to the lack of a clear direction or structured development plan. Employees are often expected to take on additional responsibilities without proper recognition or reward. Recognition tends to go to only certain individuals, creating a sense of unequal treatment and reducing overall motivation. Leadership is another area that needs improvement. Some team leads respond emotionally to feedback, take matters too personally, and provide inconsistent guidance. This leads to poor communication, unclear instructions, and lower team morale. The work culture is also challenging, with gossip and occasional toxic behavior, which hinders transparency and professionalism. At times, internal politics appear to take precedence over process improvement and operational efficiency. Project assignments do not always consider employees’ expertise. Even those with relevant accounting or finance backgrounds are sometimes overlooked, while team members without the required experience are expected to handle tasks that require specialized knowledge. This can create inefficiencies and frustration for the team.
