      Pros

      They hired me even though I had little experience

      Cons

      Horrible culture. I used to have people come to my desk to scream at me. People weren't punished for what was frankly bullying behavior. When a team was successful, it would be dissolved. Can't have anyone being happy and productive, now, can we?

      Pros

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
