      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities if you have the right management in place.

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance here. Expect to be on calls from 6am to 2am just to cover the spread of the offices from Sydney-India-Franklin-Austin-Reno-Vegas. IT management has turned over so many times that metrics cannot measure any amount of success in the last five years.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
