Cons
1. Working on old technologies. 2. Redundant work. 3. Senior management dont give a damn even if leads are dumb. They are just happy if they are present in office for longer hours. 4. Never seen such dumb leads survive. Unable to understand if an engineer is spoon feeding the lead and that's how project is running still managers don't care to even ask those leads to improve. 5. As in many other companies, HRs are puppets of managers. 6. If you want to survive then do your and your seniors work and don't bother to make the organization any better because no one will listen. 7. Trapped in just one gaming domain. 8. Changing projects within organization with your own will is difficult.
