      Great PTO and Benefits. Pay is fair for most jobs/levels.

      Poor management, no appreciation, beyond horrible communication and morale is in the tank.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
