Worst company, frequent layoffs, and incompetent management

Yes it's people first, management will fire people's first because senior ILT team needs bonus every year. So before and after every year bonus they will fire people's.
HR team worst team they have no leader left.

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.

The people are the best part of this company and the reason I endured for so long.
Cons
There is constant upheaval internally. I had 5 VPs in the span of 4 years. Endured multiple reorgs with a carrot of a promotion held in front of me to be told, "just wait another year." The poor managers are constantly trying to hire people, but HR will pause the job req last second almost every time.
