Pros
The pros were that the overall store was small, hence the job was a lot easier and I found that the work load was sufficient and the manager was always on the ball when i needed help
Cons
They can change the employee rota literally the day before... without telling you. Also the managers never come to the store they come in like 1-2 days a week.
