Pros
Friendly working environment with very approachable management. Reasonable salary for a first job, especially since Sundays paid time and a half (I don't know if that is still the case).
Cons
Too many people employed for the supposedly busy Christmas period. Lack of rotation between job roles for temporary staff. Outdated business model.
