Everything is based around statistics did not used to be like this. I am nothing but a number they track and will call you out on anything and everything. They expect you deliver a 2 part wardrobe in the same time as a make up brush. Some of our mangers can't even drive a car so can't relate to any problems. Keep cutting hours and expecting the same or higher quality work. If called in sick over 3% of shifts they require a formal meeting.
