Pros
Really friendly and good group of staff to work with, interview process ensured like-minded individuals. Really rewarding when you were able to help people. Opportunities to gain more responsibility in smaller areas of the store e.g. jewellery.
Cons
Sometimes there were strange and very short shift patterns, often in blocks of 3 hours. Lots of problems with in-store technology and systems.
