Poor company, no idea - Anonymous employee Argos Employee Review

Very, very poor management at all levels. One of the delivery managers couldn’t drive a car and I had to show them how to turn the vans lights off. Same day delivery is not cost effective and is completely unreachable as a business. Business model doomed to fail. Policies changes are too slow and often ridiculous and made by people who either don’t drive or at least no idea about how home delivery actually works. Also how to apply different van standards based on the actual work they need to do
