Pros
Argos allows you to develop your customer service skills on all levels because any role you do you will have to deal with customer queries. we deal with all kinds of customers everyday and you have to be able to control the situation you are in at all times.
Cons
As a delivery driver for the work load we get, we don't paid enough or recognised when we have gone out of our to make sure a customer receives their item. sometimes when I have made a delivery some customers have asked me to help them put together what ever they have ordered, though it may not be part of my job descriptions I still go the extra mile for the customer.
