Pros
Staff discount with Sainsbury's and Argos, Studio space is decent, and there is some fairly decent equipment.
Cons
No creative spaces, incredibly corporate, studio doesn't have a management team that are aware of how the creative process works. Unrealistic KPI's, lack of investment in equipment. Favouritism within the managerial team. Head office reviews the studio as a joke.
