      Very flexible hours, lots of holiday, easy to communicate with other colleagues using Yammer, discount on Sainsbury’s is very helpful

      Cons

      Stressful when busy, understaffed for busy times, lots of pressure for sales targets, pay for younger staff who still have the same responsibilities is low
