Pros
Overall a friendly environment to work in. Managers are friendly and cooperative. I got the opportunity to work in both the stockroom and the shop floor allowing me to experience different aspects of the job and also preventing boredom
Cons
Hours can be very poor during quiet periods and they typically give staff 6 hour contracts with not much chance of increasing
