Great place to work for one big family. Constant new challenges. Everyone motivates each other Customers are fantastic and you can really make a difference Great opportunities to move around stores and if you're willing to work hard there's chances to move up in the business
Cons
Poor wages Benefits could be better Some customers can be harsh and make you loose confidence but this is retail and a small amount of customers Permanent full time contracts would keep good staff
