The only pro about Arcadis is that they offer remote work.

- Billable hours that will stress you out - “Raises” that don’t keep with with inflation - MICROMANAGEMENT at ALL levels - Zero trust of employees - Project Managers who do not promote within reasonable time frames like other companies - Project Managers who don’t stand up for their employees - Project Managers who just…don’t care about their team and only care about themselves and their billable hours - A lot of after hours work to meet deadlines due to unorganized project managers
