Pros
Pay and benefits tend to be good....but there appears to be a new trend of laying off experienced folks that make more money and hiring college grads to shift labor costs downward.
Cons
OMG. I used to be that they would reorganize every year. Now it's every six months....literally. Recent reorg reverts the environmental division back to what it was 3 years ago. Many of the recently promoted ops team members that were interviewed and promoted 7 months ago for the "new" organization were laid off as sacrificial lambs laid on the altar for the latest reorganization.
