Euro flair with Dutch masters. Excellent prospects in water management based on long experience and expertise of parent co. Arcadis. Global opportunities based on regional partnerships. Should do well as long as they invest in long-term relationships and consciously promote progressive, transparent management and leadership.
Cons
Hopefully not going down the road of past mergers and acquisitions, build up and break down, sell off, quick profit, that's crept into the environmental engineering consulting industry in recent years, as solid, homegrown US private engineering consultants have been bought out by overseas corp's (UK, Australian, Dutch, Canadian).
