Good reputation used to secure high bids on projects and merge with other companies viewed as an asset for future project procurement. Well known in the industry and used name often on bids.
Cons
Way too many managers when I was working for this company. Direction was often unclear and conflicting. Resource management and time allocations for projects were slim at best and often far below the needed level to meet project timelines.
