Pros
Truly great people, excellent learning environment, great global networking and exchanges. In many regards, ARCADIS is the best company I have ever worked for and I am grateful for the experience.
Cons
If you're not "technical", you're considered lesser than. While recent efforts have turned to "marketing" (a term that has yet to be clearly defined and communicated) as the term of the year, experience of internal candidates is ignored. What's more, the actual proposal process is seen by management as an "administrative" action that anyone can manage.
