Pros
The group I work in is strong and communicative. The benefits are great. With a little initiative, there is a great variety of projects to work on. The activity bases workplace office arrangement make it very easy to work from home, or anywhere. Raises and bonuses at least once per year.
Cons
Project sharing across business lines is scarce. Constant emphasis on billability, but that's consulting. Performance reviews are a joke and based only on billable hours. Haven't had a legitimate career goal since I started. Not always easy to understand what the big picture is regarding a client or project - work can be compartmental at times.
