      Pros

      Forward thinking proactive company that provides a swish and functional working environment. Great team work within departments, always provided the correct tools to do the job.

      Cons

      50% of the Partners were excellent - cared for the business, staff and customers / clients. 50% were either plodding and didn't care, taking advantage of their position or just plain old corrupt

      None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.
