Arauco NA is a strong multinational company. They provide good medical benefits and 401k. They also support team members to get the training they need.to effectively do their jobs.
Cons
Management team often micromanages the team members. They aren't always active listeners. Swing shift isn't for everyone. Environment can be difficult for those with allergies.
