No proper heating during winter, Faulty equipment, Poor Team leaders, Overbooked schedule, Monitored efficiency which leads to poor testing, Very repetitive work, Two faced management, Investigation meetings if you did something wrong, Forced to take holidays at certain times during the year, 3-6 months contracts for new employees, AA and internal Audits pressure people a lot, Forced to travel and cover other centers around Ireland, No insurance for travel, CCTV monitoring, Workers are treated like slaves in certain centers, Lay offs and 3 days week with less pay when demand is decreased, People take too many sick days and the rest has to cover the load, Bullying and talking behind the back is common, no benefits, The list goes on and on. Just stay away.
