Pros
Before Walker: Was a pleasant place to work and coach. I have no idea what moral has been since the governor has taken away the rights for educators to negotiate working conditions or have input into what the quality of education should be.
Cons
Not all positions were well defined. This made it difficult to understand what needed to be done and when.
