Corporate leadership expects this role to do the job of 4 people without any extra incentives. Zero flexibility in schedule or remote work. Remote management tends to micromanage this role without realizing the amount of duties this role is responsible for. The hierarchy of management is very confusing. Sometimes SSA's report to their in-office manager, sometimes to remote management. It seems to change. No room for growth as an administrator.
