Pros
Remote, good salary, benefits, reasonably flexible
Cons
They spend a lot of energy showing how they care, corporate diversity, etc. But they're very money and sales driven due to the real estate industry that they are in and only act like they care as a storefront. Communication, integrity, trust and decent values are low. Spent a long time there and colleagues are not interested in really getting to know you. They have jobs people take for the money; but not with much content. We just had a layoff and it was only because they made so much the last two years during covid that they hired many people in that time... So they were just doing an adjustment with this layoff as the real estate market has recently decreased..and they got rid of a lot of the people to satisfy their bottom line. Its an overall superficial company with many layers of overpaid bad management. Never again.
