Good teammates, willing to help each other.
Cons
Ever increasing workload as people leave/retired and aren't replaced with full time workers but pull in staff from other departments to assist as their schedule allows. Not enough coverage yet regularly taking on new title companies to manage their accounting. Immediate supervisors sympathetic but hesitant to address need to increase staff levels to manage increasing workload upper leadership. Does upper leadership look at workload difficulties as indicative of supervisors' incompetence?
