No easy path to move up - takes a LONG time The company sees a number The agents pull you in every direction If an agent complains about anything, it's your fault. Management does not see your side Employees are expendable and easily replaced. As an FMS you're on the frontline dealing with agents needs on a daily basis yet when holiday parties & bonuses come around, it's the FMSs who are forgotten even though we're the glue of the company. If you're looking to grow a career, I wouldn't recommend Anywhere or it's subsidiaries i.e Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's, etc. They don't know you exist.
