Dealing with coworkers that still have high school mind sets. managers are always in your face talking about how they love you working in there store, love having you around but its not true! you can got above and beyond for them but it won't get recognize only to the people they like. Sephora shows 100% favoritism, Ive been at Sephora for almost a year now and have watched new hires get promoted in cretin areas of there likings.They don't care about u being sick they want you to come in on your death bed just for them. So much negative energy low pay, won't give you hours even when sephora make over budget the excuse are we don't make budget so we dont have hours when u clearly hear them say yayy! We made budget SAD. Will schedule you on days that u didn't even put down on your availability. they promote people that has no clue on what they are doing because they like them, not the people that has munch knowledge in love what they do! Sephora will leave u at cashwrap or just with a promise you will move up with a new position. Sephora will promise you a career but Nothing but lies!! It's a work place and people will always be nasty and cover it with being so called professional. I loved this place 100% words can not explain how happy I was to have a blessed opportunity to work at a place I can say I don't have to search for jobs anymore, I found a place I can truly work and be happy welllllllllll that was a lie you see people true colors. They are selfish, uncaring, shows favoritism, will not promote you unless your liked. Find a better place to work where everyone is treated equally.
