If you are a bit older married with children you will hate this place. It's young crowd looking for gossip and dates and love. You will have no home office! That is right no home office! They call it something rediculous like " Coming back to work program initiative". Whatever! The CEO must be buddys with Elon Musk or something. It's one of the only international companies in Prague that does not offer any home office, unless you are there long enough and get a doctor to write management a letter stating that traveling all the way to Budejovicka is taking a toll on your physical and mental health. It's been a while since I was there, but I can tell you that I cought Covid the first week of training and could not come to work. I was pretty much forced to resign being "no home office allowed". I don't know how this company in the current environement can get people to work there. It's just another one of those jobs you do until you get the job you want. PA!
