Pros
Free beer, nice occasional parties, some dedicated long-time workers still left who knew the company before the acquisition. The opportunity to work for one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world and one of the most recognized brands.
Cons
Asinine expectations, arbitrary performance reviews that seem to me to be designed to enable the company to shed more experienced (and more expensive) workers. There are numerous ways for bonuses to pay out only partially and very few ways in which they pay the full amount. No annual cost-of-living raises. Mediocre benefits.
